Sell Cattle With OnlyCows

OnlyCows accepts applications from cattle owners and authorized consignors. Submit one application for one animal or lot at a time. The seller form collects Halter broke status, pickup location, CHCS registration number, Breeder ID number, USA export eligibility, other export destinations or restrictions, auction length (3, 5 or 7 days), minimum or starting bid, a positive minimum increment, and a private reserve price. Approved animals can be listed alongside OnlyCows cattle. Reserve amounts and bidder private maximums are never shown publicly.

The buyer pays the recorded final animal sale price directly to the seller by e-transfer or wire, plus a mandatory 4% buyer commission paid directly to OnlyCows. These are separate financial items. The commission is not deducted from the seller and remains payable on every confirmed auction or Buy Now sale if the buyer changes their mind, requests cancellation, refuses to pay or fails to collect, subject to any remedy or refund required by applicable law.

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for pickup or shipping. All pickup times, loading, carrier, route, delivery and related costs are coordinated directly between buyer and seller. Shipping, carrier, insurance, storage and export costs are settled directly by the buyer, seller or service providers. OnlyCows does not quote, collect or administer those costs as the auction platform. These platform limits do not change legal duties that cannot be waived or OnlyCows responsibilities when it is the named seller.

Reserve price is private and is not displayed to bidders. Leave the reserve blank if there is no reserve. The final winning bid is recorded after the auction closes; it is different from a bidder's confidential maximum bid. Live bidding and automatic auction closing are not enabled on this draft/test site. The buyer arranges and pays for pickup or shipping directly with the seller. OnlyCows does not coordinate transport or collect its costs; the platform records the final sale price and receives its mandatory 4% commission.
